Rover 3.5L V8 engine conversion in 2001 all complianced with paperwork

Converted to camper-van in 2001:
Camper pop top, kerosene stove, refrigerator, and sink with electric pump. Pump and fridge run off a secondary "house battery" chargeable using mains power.
Rear bench seat folds down into double bed (very comfy).
Complianced to carry 5 passengers with seatbelts

Central locking including rear hatch

In great condition runs extremely well (last serviced 12 months ago). New battery installed March 2019.
