At Righteous Kombis we have been restoring the much loved T2 for over 12 years now. Due to the increase in demand for T3's and me being an 80's child and loving the cool 80's retro look, we've started to fall in love with the T3. So, meet Tobi. We've recently given him a complete exterior makeover. Due to the T3's being galvanised to the waist line they really don't rust quite as bad as the T2 but what little rust there was we have repaired anyway so you will have a solid vehicle for years to come.

Mechanically Tobi sports a tough 2.1 waterboxer. Anyone who has owned one of these will tell you how solid they are but will always warn you about keeping the cooling system perfect and running the correct coolant. We've have recently replaced the radiator and water pump and flushed the cooling system and refreshed with new G13+ coolant. There are no water leaks and she runs perfect both when cold and warm. We have also repaired some minor things to ensure it's reliable and roadworthy and will gladly offer a 3 month, 5,000km warranty as we know we are selling a good vehicle.

On the inside Tobi has all the original seats and door trims which are in good condition for the age but you could give him a bit of a makeover or turn him into a camper, its up to you.
